Two traditional songs from the Romuva community, reviving Baltic pagan practices from before Lithuania’s Christianization in the 14th century. Saulala Motula and Kas tar taka par dvareli are sutartinės which means “harmony songs” in Lithuanian. Kas tar taka is a three part canon. Taught to us by Lexi, arranged by Will Thomas Rowan, who learned it from the Lithuanian ensemble Kūlgrinda.
