From Northern Harmony's fall 2005 tour, with seven weeks in northern Germany, the Netherlands, England and Ireland. For this tour, Suzannah Park and Emily Miller helped shape and lead the Appalachian numbers. Iris Ficher contributed three spectacular Bulgarian songs with her understanding and command of that vocal style. Brendan Taaffe added two of his own recent and beautiful compositions. Naomi Morse's knowledge of early music was well as her conducting of the Missa L'Homme Armé Mass was indispensable. The South African songs come from the repertoire of Matlakala Bopape and her Polokwane Choir, and we are grateful to Patty Cuyler for her coaching of those songs and dances. Larry Gordon, the overall leader and organizer of the tour, founded Village Harmony and Northern Harmony.
